We recently took our 2014 gmc acadia to automotive pros, and let me start with the customer service was great, Ivan greeted us very professional and attended to our need to get our Acadia looked at, on it's way to be fixed. Automotive pros removed our transmission and had it sent to be rebuilt in a timely manner. During the process Ivan contacted me with the updates as our vehicle was being prepared, they fixed our Acadia. It runs great, I highly recommend automotive pros. Respectfully Karl.

My experience was this. I came to this shop after googling shops that take have the new freon. The reviews looked promising so I went and paid for my AC to be diagnosed. They diagnosed it with a bad shredder valve. I came back a week or so later with the funds to have that repair done. After they replaced the valve they said it still isn't working properly and said it was a failing compressor. I was told since their diagnosis was wrong they were going to waive the cost of the shredder valve. They then quoted me on the compressor. That sounded like great customer service. I left under the impression that I didn't owe Automotive Pro's anything (he confirmed that this was the case). After I went and had a second opinion done was told the same thing about the compressor which gave me even more confidence in Autotive Pros abilities. After being approved for financing I called the APros to tell them I was approved and the clerk asked for how much? I said $5k which is way more than I need. He literally responded with a surprised "ohh" sound. Now I think I understand why he made that sound. I was ready to schedule to have the repair when things took a hard left. I thought he was going to w

Excellent and quick are 2 words I would use to describe this shop. They are great with communication and are able to identify and fix whatever is wrong with your car. They work with most warranty companies. My differential blew the week of Thanksgiving, they we able to order a new part, install it and return it to me in less than a week. They are a little more on the expensive side, but when it comes to getting your vehicle fixed, you don't want to cheap out. Well worth the price.

Rico and his team are amazing! They are working hard to get our car fixed and fixed right at a very reasonable price. Replaced the transmission at a very reduced price from the dealer. So glad we found Automotive Pros! They have a client for life!
